Founded by Angelique Keys, a nonprofit leader with more than 18 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, strategic planning, and philanthropic services, HQ Impact Consulting was created to bridge that gap. From grassroots nonprofits to large institutions, we adapt solutions to meet each organization’s unique needs. We understand that not every nonprofit can afford or requires full-time development or strategy staff, which is why we provide flexible, high-quality consulting support that meets organizations where they are. Founder & Lead Consultant
Bringing more than 18 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and strategic development. She specializes in executive coaching, board governance, capital campaigns, major gift fundraising, strategic planning, marketing, process mapping, and organizational optimization. Angelique has led successful multimillion-dollar fundraising initiatives and guided organizations through transformational periods of growth and impact. Her approach centers on collaboration, clarity, and sustainability, ensuring each client has the tools and confidence to achieve measurable results. Known for her deep understanding of both grassroots and institutional nonprofits, she tailors strategies that meet each organization where they are and helps them move toward long-term success. Angelique is passionate about creating equitable access to high-quality consulting support so that every nonprofit, regardless of size, can thrive and serve their community with strength and purpose.
Amanda Martinez
Senior Consultant
Bringing a dynamic blend of creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to her work at HQ Impact Consulting. Amanda specializes in fundraising campaigns, grants, nonprofit startups, database integration and management, marketing, communications, IT, and human resources. With a strong understanding of both the operational and relationship-driven sides of nonprofit work, She helps organizations build systems that support growth, engagement, and sustainability. Her approach is practical and people-centered, ensuring every solution is customized to meet the unique needs of each client. Amanda has guided emerging nonprofits in laying strong foundations while also supporting established organizations in modernizing their operations and fundraising practices. She is passionate about helping mission-driven teams align their technology, communications, and strategy to create lasting impact.

Senior Consultant
Bringing a multidisciplinary background in public health and nonprofit management to her role at HQ Impact Consulting. Jasmine specializes in certification/accreditation processes, feasibility studies, marketing, events, public relations, and strategic planning. She combines analytical thinking with creative communication strategies to help organizations strengthen visibility, engagement, and impact. Her public health perspective adds a unique lens to her consulting work, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and community-centered approaches. Jasmine has supported both emerging and established organizations in evaluating programs, developing effective outreach strategies, and identifying sustainable funding opportunities. She is dedicated to helping mission-driven teams build strong foundations and tell their stories in ways that inspire action and lead to long-term support.
